About Yuchai
Yuchai was founded in 1951 as the "Yulin Quantang Industrial Company". In 1992 it was restructured into Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., and in 1993 it became China's first Sino-foreign joint stock company. In 1994, China Yuchai International was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CYD), the first Chinese company in the industry to list overseas.
