What is your minimum order quantity?
One mixed 20ft container. You can combine models and ranges in the same container.
What is the lead time?
Usually 15–25 days after deposit for standard models; OEM orders 25–35 days.
What are the payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment. L/C at sight on request.
Do you support OEM or private label?
Yes — your brand, colour, manual and packaging, from moderate quantities.
How do you control quality?
Each unit is tested before packing, with photo and video report before loading.
What about spare parts and warranty?
12-month warranty on main components; a spare-parts kit can be shipped with the container. Component-level spares — filters, belts, pumps, controllers, AVR and alternator parts — are available as a first-service kit.
How are generator sets packed for export?
Three options: soft wrap for short-distance moves, wooden cases (fumigation-free or heat-treated timber) for container export, and steel or container-type packing for long-distance and heavy sets. We select the packing by transport distance, cost and destination customs requirements.
What shipping documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and pre-shipment inspection reports. Additional certificates can be arranged where required by the destination country.
Can generators be delivered as complete packages?
Yes — sets leave with batteries, exhaust, flexible exhaust joint, fuel tank, coolant and oil, so the unit can be commissioned shortly after arrival with a standard hook-up.
Are the batteries maintenance-free?
Yes — maintenance-free batteries are standard on our diesel generator sets, reducing routine checks and cold-start failures.
How easy is routine maintenance access?
Silent and mobile sets use quick-access service panels, so oil, filter and belt changes take less time. A routine care checklist — engine oil and filter, coolant and antifreeze grade, air filter and DPF purifier, and battery charge during idle periods — is supplied with each set.
Can sets be protected against rain and dust?
Rain-proof covers are available as an option to reduce dust and moisture ingress on open or dusty sites, lowering maintenance frequency.
